Assembly

So over all the enclosure is really nice I used it for the first time today. The only problem I am having is the door! I have attempted to make the door fit completely square in the opening But it looks like the acrylic was not cut correctly ? At the top there is an opening about 1/8 above the handle and about 1/16 near the hinge! I’ll just use some foam to take up the space.

High quality parts but some issues

I love the enclosure, it is very high quality. Only scored 4 as: 1. I'm in the UK and a US plug was supplied with temp control. The controller is certified to 240v so I needed an adapter. Good if this was added as help info. 2. The rubber cord used to fit the plexi was not enough. I raised an issue via the web site but this was never answered.

Allowed me to use my Prusa again.

Ever since I've gotten sick last year from Covid, my lungs get irritated very easily from frying food and 3D printing PLA. There's plenty of DIY enclosures out there, but I don't have the time and live hundreds of miles from the nearest IKEA. So yes it works, it was easy to piece together, looks pretty cool, and it vents the irritants away so I can use my Prusa again.

Boxomo 5.3 with MMU Filament Pass-Through Enclosure

Enclosures are well made with easy to follow directions. I bought primary to reduce fume exposure from printing and this enclosure plus the addition of ducting and fans has prevented any noticeable fumes.
