Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The exception to this is the holidays. Any product bought between Nov 1 and Dec 31 can be returned until Jan 31.

Product defects or damage

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for small scratches that may occur on the aluminum or poly-carbonate materials during shipping, although we do pack our materials in a way that should protect them. However, if there are major scratches, dents, or cracks, please contact us at with a picture of the part and we will work with you to replace the damaged item.

Returns for other reasons (i.e. decided you don't want it, etc.)

We strive to provide the most accurate information possible on our products. Please read the full description of your item before purchase to avoid any misunderstandings of what the product is, or contact us at for any clarifications.

Because we are a small business, returns can be a significant cost and can affect the viability of our business operation. Because of this, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This means that if you open or build your enclosure, we cannot offer a refund unless there is damage to the product when it arrived (see "Product defects or damage"). The customer is also responsible for paying the return shipping. Please note that this may be a significant cost due to the weight and size of the package, particularly if you live in a state far away from our office in Utah. Please see "Shipping" below for further details.

If you return your item and any part is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, you may only receive a partial refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
